Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Information

Orders ship from Cape Canaveral, FL. Orders are generally processed and shipped within five to ten business days, depending on demand and availability. During this processing time, your online order is transmitted to our fulfillment center and processed for shipment as quickly as possible. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday and exclude US Holidays.

Orders with ship-to addresses within the U.S. will be shipped via USPS* Priority Mail Flat Rate, 2-4 business days in transit. Estimated transit times apply after the order is shipped and do not include the processing time at our fulfillment center. Delivery times vary depending on the USPS service in your location but are typically anytime before end of day.

Pre-sale orders begin processing as soon as the item is in stock and fully received. You can expect your order to ship 1-5 business days after the item is received in stock.

Certain items which require special preparation for shipment may require a longer processing time. In these cases, we will make every effort to reflect this exception with a notice in the product description page.

Returns & Replacements

We sincerely hope that you enjoy your purchase. However, if you would like to return your merchandise, we will gladly help you with the process. Please review the guidelines below prior to your return to ensure that your merchandise is eligible for a return/refund.  

Return Guidelines

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the date that it was received. Merchandise must be returned new and unused. We are unable to accept returns on washed, worn, and/or abused items. Shipping costs, including taxes, are non-refundable. Orders placed with PayPal will have separate credits from orders using credit cards.

Refunds 

Refunds will be credited to your account within approximately 10 business days from the date the return is received.  The credit may be reflected to your account on your next statement depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. To process your refund, please mail your item(s) to:

1) Your original order number
2) The nature of your return (requested refund)

Once our warehouse receives your item(s), your refund for the full value of the merchandise will be processed.

Exchange Policy

To process your exchange, please mail your item(s) to our warehouse at:

Please include a note specifying the following:

1) Your original order number
2) The nature of your return (requested exchange for specific size)
3) Pre-paid return shipping label to the address for your new item(s) to be sent to.

Shipping cost for exchanges are the responsibility of the Customer. Once our warehouse receives your item(s), your exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Damaged Goods

Defective and/or damaged merchandise due to shipping must be reported to info@sharespace.org within 30 days of purchase and pre-authorized for return to be considered eligible for a refund. Please contact Customer Service to obtain authorization and a pre-paid shipping label to cover return expenses.  A refund of the original product cost, taxes, and pro-rated shipping charges will be processed within 10 business days from the date that the damaged/defective goods are received.

Pre-Sales

For items that are sold on pre-order status, your account will be charged at the time that your order is placed; If the order cannot be fulfilled within a few weeks of the advertised date, your account will be credited in full.  If you choose to cancel your order before it ships, your account will be credited in full.  Please contact customer service if the credit has not been received.  If you choose to cancel your order after it has been shipped, please follow the return policy and guidelines.

Bundles

For items that are sold as part of a bundle set, we are unable to accept partial returns of the items in the bundle at this time, except in the case of a damaged or defective product. If you wish to make a return, all of the bundle items must be returned together, in accordance with the return policy outlined above.
